Delete branch "fix/media-cache-race"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Same image on several sections/pages was localized concurrently: one call
read a cache file another was still writing ("Input Buffer is empty"), and
a crashed build left truncated files that later builds trusted. Never
showed on the server because its cache was warm; every fresh clone hits it.
ensureFile() dedupes concurrent work per output file and writes tmp+rename.
